How to skip the War of the Thorns / Burning of Teldrassil quest line on your alts (World of Warcraft)

A lot of people are unaware that they can skip the entire quest chain for the War of the Thorns / Burning of Teldrassil on all their alts as long as they have completed it on their main character, but this is definitely possible. This means that you only have to run this rather short quest chain once in your entire life, but still unlock all those sweet Darkshore World Quests on all your alts to get the ilvl 210 loot.

It's actually very easy to do this, and you can do it by heading to Stormwind or Orgrimmar and talk to Anduin/Sylvanas just as the quest tells you do. However, once you finish this quest talk to Sylvanas / Anduin again and click on the dialogue option that says "I've heard this tale before.." instead of following the rest of the quest chain.
