Some players have been having problems with getting the World Quests in Darkshore to pop up, even after they have completed the quest chain that should unlock them. Luckily there's a very simple fix; disable or update the add-on World Quest Tracker.
We all used World Quest Tracker during Legion, but it took them a few days to update it to be functional with the new Darkshore quests, so players who used an outdated version of the add-on were not able to see the World Quests in Darkshore. It should be fixed by now, but you will need to update it before you can see the WQs on your map.
