The Galaxy Dagger is the best dagger in Stardew Valley, so it's good to get it if you enjoy playing in the Mines with a dagger. The requirement to be able to buy it is to get the Galaxy Sword, and once you have obtained that, the Galaxy Dagger will be for sale for 35,000g from Marlon in the Adventurer's Guild.
If you haven't yet got the Galaxy Sword, then you can get this by finding a Prismatic Shard and bring it to the middle of the three pillars in the north-eastern corner of the Calico Desert.This consumes the Prismatic Shard and gives you the Galaxy Sword, and allows you to buy the Galaxy Dagger.
