If you've seen Forager on YouTube or Twitch, then you might have seen that the character can roll. But the game never tells you this, so that leaves the question, how do you roll in Forager?
The default key for rolling is the space bar. Just aim in any direction, hit the space bar, and your character will roll in that direction. Rolling is a little bit faster than just walking, so it's a great tool for saving time, but it does also consume a little bit of Stamina, so you might not want to use it all the time, especially before you have upgraded your Stamina to a good level.
Anyway, that is all there is to rolling in Forager. Just hit space and you're good to go!
